Reef fishing is the most relaxed trip we offer. We anchor over a shallow reef in 15-30m of water and use light tackle with cut bait. The fishing is steady - you'll get bites within minutes and keep catching throughout the session.
The reefs around Maamigili hold a huge variety of fish. Snapper, Grouper, Emperor, Trevally, Rainbow Runner, and Jobfish are the main targets. The crew sets up your rod, baits the hook, and helps you land everything.
Reef fishing works year-round in every season. The fish live on the reef permanently, so conditions are always good. This is our most consistent trip - we've never had a session where someone didn't catch fish.
